Vigil for 3-year anniversary of Tiffany Morrision’s disappearance

On June 18th, 2009, a memorial vigil was held for Tiffany Morrison by her family with help from QNW and Missing Justice. Approximately 300 people showed up to show their support. Due to rain, the memorial march portion of the evening was postponed till Saturday (2 days later). Tiffany’s family was very pleased with the turn-out. The Morrisons are raising money to place 2 full-sized billboards with Tiffany’s picture on them in plain view from the Mercier Bridge. To donate, email: justiceformissing [at] gmail.com.

As seen in the pictures, the Tiohtiake Drum was on hand to sing an honor song for Tiffany’s family & friends and also to honor those who have never given up on trying to find lost and missing loved ones. The singers of the Tiohtiake Drum are always eager to help and lend their strong, loud voices to community gatherings, grass root events and demonstrations. To reach us, just get in touch with our drum carrier Chad Diabo for details. It was an honor for us to be asked to sing at the memorial and Vigil, thank you.
